Catalysti is looking for an exhibition producer to help with tasks related to the upcoming exhibition “2084” taking place in Cable Factory, Valssaamo (Helsinki) on 28.9.-15.10.2020. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge and experience of event production in relation to the Finnish culture scene. The position is offered first of all to Catalysti members.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with and assisting the exhibition curator/participating artists
• Coordination of material/technical needs of the exhibition/participating artists
• Coordination of marketing/printed materials
• Help with tasks related to installation/deinstallation of the exhibition
• Help with tasks related to the opening and other public events
• Administrative requirements: maintain schedules, reservations, budget, etc.

The position is part-time and will take place during May-June and August-October 2020. The gross wage will be 1500 €.
